I think this quote says about everything there is to say about Congress', or the Democrats' "stimulus" plan. The only thing this plan is going to stimulate is a bunch of Democratic supporters. Not a single Republican in the House voted for this bill and I am glad to hear that. I hope the Senate will at least follow suit.
